1. What Borneo.biz is

Borneo.biz is an independent research directory and travel guide covering Borneo (Sabah, Sarawak, Kalimantan, Labuan, Brunei) and the Nusantara capital region. We are a home-office research publisher — not a licensed agency, law firm, or professional consultancy, and not affiliated with any government.

2. Informational content only

Business guides (Labuan setup, SSM registration, RSPO, property law, Nusantara investment) are general research summaries for orientation only. They are not legal, tax, or investment advice. Rules change — always verify with the relevant authority (SSM, Labuan FSA, LKPP, Ministry of Agrarian Affairs/National Land Agency) or a licensed professional before acting.

3. Affiliate disclosure

Some tour links are affiliate links (e.g. Viator). If you book through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Prices, availability, cancellation terms and itineraries are set by the operator and shown at booking time — confirm on the operator's page before paying.

4. Directory listings

• Free listings are informational; inclusion is not an endorsement.
• Businesses submit accurate, lawful information and keep contact details current.
• We may edit, suspend or remove listings that are misleading, unlawful, or reported as inaccurate.
• Listing data you submit (business name, contact, WhatsApp) is public by design.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape bulk content, submit false listings, impersonate businesses, or use contact details for spam. We may block abusive access and report unlawful conduct.

6. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made from site content, operator service quality, or booking outcomes. Your contract for a tour or service is with the operator, not Borneo.biz.
